A home is a place where an individual, family or household reside either permanently or semi permanently. In most cases homes consist of house, apartment, and other buildings such as houseboat, yurt or any other moveable accommodation. Homes characteristically offer zones and facilities for resting, cooking food, eating and hygiene. In other cases, due to financial constraints individuals may decide to live in the informal and at times illegal huts that are mostly found in slums and shanty towns. In a broader perspective, the term home can be used to refer to a geographic area, like a town, a village, a suburb, city, or a country at large. Habitually, home proprietors use arts, watercolor, decorations, illuminations, vegetation, and carpeting to stage the home, to give prospective purchasers an extra attractive first impression of the building. The proprietor can either sell the home by himself or herself or use a real estate broker to sell the house on their behalf. A real estate salesperson is a person who acts as an intercessor between home sellers and prospective buyers and tries to look up for sellers who desire to sell and buyers who request to buy.
